 us Endeavours. Is your work changing your own or your client enterprise 
 at large\, making it perform better and deliver more value to customers?
  Do you overcome silos\, old management styles\, and rigid procedures? D
 id your design work inform strategy definition\, instead of just impleme
 nting a given strategy? Did you succeed in defining a target state for t
 he ecosystem and transforming the enterprise to get there\, by introduci
 ng new business models\, engaging new partners\, or opening new markets?
  Did you identify new techniques to map the enterprise at scale\, and ne
 w ways to measure the value design delivered?\n\nWe are looking for 45 m
 inute presentations of your case study by one or two speakers\, expectin
 g you to cover the following elements:\n\nThe design challenge – what wa
 s the initial scope\, what the real underlying issue to be tackled?\nThe
  strategic design dialogue – how did you engage decision-makers\, custom
 ers and other stakeholders to identify a direction to move forward?\nThe
  solution or target state – what did you propose\, what principles\, con
 cepts and ideas enabled you to scale the solution?\nThe results – how di
 d you implement your design\, how did you address change and measure imp
 act?\nPlease submit an abstract of less than 500 words describing your p
 roject and the points mentioned above. All accepted presenters will be a
 ble to attend the conference free of charge.\n\nOur deadline for submiss
 ions is April 30th.
